At Outback Electronics, we strive to maintain a transparent and fair fee structure for our valued sellers. This document outlines the listing fees that may apply when you choose to list your products on our platform. Please review these fees carefully to understand the cost associated with selling on our platform.

1. Monthly Listing Fee:

A monthly listing fee will be applied to all sellers based on the number of different product listings you wish to post. The fee structure is as follows:

• 1 to 10 product listings: $0.75 per listing per month.

• 11 to 50 product listings: $0.50 per listing per month.

• 51 to 100 product listings: $0.30 per listing per month.

• Over 100 product listings: Please contact us for a custom fee arrangement.

These monthly listing fees must be paid for each product listing, regardless of whether any of the listed products are sold during that month.

Please note that these fees are subject to change, and we will notify you in advance of any fee adjustments.

2. Commission Fee:

In addition to the monthly listing fee, a commission fee will be applied to each product listed on our platform. The commission fee will be automatically added to the price set by the seller at the time of listing. The price displayed to customers will include both the seller's listed price and the commission fee.

For example, if a seller lists a product for $50, the product will be listed on our platform for $60 ($50 + 20% commission). When a customer purchases the product at $60, the commission fee will be automatically subtracted, and the seller will receive $50.

This commission fee is calculated based on the final sale price of the product and is due upon a successful customer purchase.

3. Purpose of Fees:

The listing fees and commission serve a vital purpose in ensuring the continued operation and growth of Outback Electronics. The listing fees help cover the cost of running the website, including server maintenance, security measures, and ongoing platform enhancements.

The commission fees play a crucial role in our ability to run sales, marketing campaigns, and provide customer support. They also contribute to compensating our dedicated staff who work tirelessly to support our sellers and maintain the platform's functionality.

4. Payment of Listing Fees:

• Monthly listing fees are billed at the beginning of each month.

• If payment is not made, the listings will be paused or removed until all outstanding payments are made.
   

5. Changing Your Subscription:

You can adjust the number of product listings you wish to post at any time to fit your needs. Your monthly listing fee will be adjusted accordingly based on your chosen subscription tier.

6. Refunds:

Listing fees are non-refundable. In the event of a refund to a customer, any commission fees associated with that sale will also be refunded.

7. Extra Advertising Services:

In addition to our standard listing fees and commission structure, we offer optional advertising services to help boost the visibility of your products on our platform. These advertising services are available upon request and for an additional fee.

Should you wish to enhance the visibility of your products and increase your reach to potential customers, you can request extra advertising services. These services may include featured product placements, promotional campaigns, or targeted advertisements.

The costs associated with extra advertising services will vary depending on the specific service and the extent of the advertising campaign. Detailed information on available advertising services and their associated fees can be provided upon request.

 

8. Requesting Extra Advertising:

To inquire about and request extra advertising services, please contact our support team or your account manager. We will be happy to discuss your advertising needs and provide you with options tailored to your products and goals.

Please note that extra advertising services are entirely optional and come with additional fees. Participation in these services is at the discretion of the seller.

9. Fee Changes:

Outback Electronics reserves the right to change the listing fees and commission structure. We will provide advance notice of any fee changes, and such changes will only apply to new listings or renewals.
